उद्योग मंत्री ने कफोटा में 4 करोड़ 21 लाख की उठाऊ पेयजल योजना की रखी आधारशिला..
शिलाई विधानसभा में 60 करोड रूपये की लागत से विभिन्न पेयजल योजनाओं का हो रहा निमार्ण :-हर्षवर्धन चैाहान
उद्योग, संसदीय मामले व आयुष मंत्री हर्षवर्धन चैाहान ने आज शिलाई विधानसभा क्षेत्र की तहसील कमरऊ के कफोटा में ग्राम पचंायत शिल्ला, बोकाला पाब व दुगाना के लिये 4 करोड 21 लाख लागत की उठाऊ पेयजल योजना की आधारशिला रखने के उपरांत जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि शिलाई विधानसभा क्षेत्र मंे पिने के पानी की मुख्य समस्या रही है।
जिसे दूर करने के लिये प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा इस क्षेत्र में 60 करोड रूपये की लागत से विभिन्न पेयजल योजनाओं का निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है।
उन्होने बताया कि तहसील कमरऊ के ग्राम पंचायत कोडगा में लगभग 50 लाख रूपये की उठाऊ पेयजल योजना निर्मित की जा रही है जिससे कोडगा के 955 लोगों को शुद्ध पेयजल मिलेगा तथा ग्राम पंचायत भजौण में 45 लाख 51 हजार रूपये की लागत से बनने वाली उठाऊ पेयजल योजना से 353 लोग लाभान्वित होगे।
उन्होने कहा कि जल शक्ति मंडल कफोटा में 2 करोड 11 लाख की एनडीडब्ल्यूपी योजना व 2 करोड 18 लाख की एचएफटीसी से 5000 लोगो को पानी की सुविधा मिलेगी।
शिलाई विधानसभा क्षेत्र की ग्राम पंचायत कांडो च्योग में 1 करोड 60 लाख रूपये से काडंो च्योग उठाऊ पेयजल योजना से ग्राम काण्डो, थाना व च्योग गांव के लगभग 1660 लोगो को शुद्ध पेयजल मुहैया करवाया जाएगा।
उन्होने जानकारी दी कि ग्राम पंचायत दुगाना में बनने वाली उठाऊ पेयजल योजना पर 1 करोड 13 लाख रूपये व्यय किये जाएंगे जिससे हरिजन बस्ती, नेडा, इन्दोली, पाटनी व साथ लगते गांव की लगभग 1300 की आबादी लाभान्वित होगी। उन्होने कहा कि जमीन उपलब्ध होने पर कफोटा में 33 केवी सब स्टेशन व सब्जी मंडी खोल दी जाएगी।
उन्होने अधिकारियों को ये भी आदेश दिये कि निर्माणाधीन योजनाओं को गुणवत्ता पूर्वक शीघ्र पूर्ण किया जाए ताकि लोग लम्बे समय तक इसका लाभ ले सके।
हर्षवर्धन चैहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश के प्रत्येक गांव में विकास की गति को तेज करना हमारी सरकार की प्राथमिकता है। लोगो को पेयजल, बिजली, शिक्षा व स्वास्थ्य जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के लिये सरकार कृत-संकल्प है जिसके तहत स्वास्थ्य तथा शिक्षण संस्थानो मे रिक्त पडे पद शीघ्र ही भरे जाएंगे।
उन्होने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने 1 करोड 36 लाख कर्मचारियों की ओपीएस बहाल की है। जिसका कर्मचारियों ने एक महारैली के माध्यम से सरकार का आभार प्रकट किया। पूर्व की भाजपा सरकार को अभी भी यकीन नही हो रहा है कि प्रदेश में ओपीएस बहाल कर दी गई है।
भाजपा नेताओं द्वारा लोगो से किये गए वादे झूठे साबित हुए जिस कारण भाजपा का मिशन रिपीट मिशन डिफीट में बदल गया।
उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार को चार साल के कार्यकाल प्रदेश के विकास की याद नही आई और अंतिम वर्ष में बिना बजट प्रावधान के अनेको संस्थान खोल दिये गए।
बिजली विभाग में पिछले कई सालों में मात्र 4 कार्यालय खुले थे पूर्व की सरकार ने 34 कार्यालय बिना बजट प्रावधान किये खोल दिये जबकि विद्युत विभाग के ऊपर 1800 करोड का कर्ज मौजूद है।
उद्योग मंत्री दोपहर बाद शिलाई लोक निर्माण विभाग के विश्राम गृह में लोगो की समस्या का निराकरण करने पंहूचे। इस दौरान क्षेत्र की विभिन्न ग्राम पंचायतो शिलाई, नाया, पाब मानल, कुंहट, बाली कोटी, ग्वाली कोटा मानल, बादंली, भैला, डैहर, नैनीधार व लोजा मानल के चुने हुए प्रतिनिधि व स्थानीय लोगो ने मंत्री से मुलाकात की व क्षेत्र की समस्याएं उनके समक्ष रखी।
उद्योग मंत्री ने अधिकांश समस्याओं का निपटारा मौके पर किया तथा कुछ समस्याओं को सम्बंिधत विभागों को तुरंत निराकरण के लिये सौप दिया।
इस अवसर पर महासचिव कांग्रेस कमेटी जगत सिंह पुडिंर, महासचिव कांग्रेस शिलाई रती राम शर्मा, उपाध्यक्ष मंडल शिलाई आत्मा राम, उपाध्यक्ष मंडल शिलाई गुमान सिंह, एसडीएम शिलाई सुरेश सिंघा, अतिरिक्त निदेशक उद्योग ज्ञान सिंह, अधीक्षण अभियंता राजीव महाजन, जिला आयुष अधिकारी राजन सिहं, अधीशाषी अभियंता शिलाई नरेन्द्र वर्मा, बीडीओ शिलाई अजय सूद, काग्रेस ब्लाक समिति अध्यक्ष सीता राम व पंचायती राज संस्थानों के चुने हुए प्रतिनिधि मौजुद रहे।
