“मेरा गांव मेरा देश एक सहारा” संस्था ने एक सराहनीय पहल करते हुए मानसिक रूप से बीमार एक युवती और दो महिलाओं को मानसिक अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया। ये तीनों माजरा और उसके आसपास के इलाकों में रहती थीं और उनकी देखभाल करने वाला घर में कोई नहीं था।
संस्था के सदस्यों ने जब इनके घर का दौरा किया, तो पाया कि वहां रहने की स्थिति अत्यंत दयनीय थी। बदबू और गंदगी के कारण खड़े होना भी मुश्किल था। इनमें से एक महिला अपने परिवार को मारपीट कर परेशान कर रही थी, जबकि दूसरी युवती, जिसे पहले भी मानसिक अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया था, सड़कों पर भटक रही थी। युवती के पिता ने उसे अस्पताल से वापस ले लिया था, जिसके बाद उसकी स्थिति और बिगड़ गई।
संस्था ने तीनों को रेस्क्यू कर मानसिक अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया, ताकि उनका उचित इलाज हो सके। संस्था ने अपील की है कि यदि आपके आसपास कोई मानसिक रोगी सड़कों पर घूमता हुआ दिखे, तो “मेरा गांव मेरा देश एक सहारा” संस्था से संपर्क करें, ताकि उनका समय पर इलाज किया जा सके।
