Sample Foursquare 2005 ECS XXIII Covenant 18yr 58% 3cl This is a tropically agedCovenant is the 23rd rum in the Exceptional Cask Selection (ECS) series bottled by the Foursquare distillery. This molasses rum is a blend of eaux de vie distilled in pot stills and column stills. This vintage has benefited from a long 18 year aging period in ex bourbon American oak barrels. Bottled in May 2023, it was without chill filtration and without the addition of any colorings or additives.
