जिला परिषद की त्रैमासिक बैठक गुरूवार को नाहन में जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष सिरमौर सीमा कन्याल की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला परिषद उपाध्यक्ष अंजना शर्मा, एवं जिला परिषद के अन्य सदस्य, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनेश यादव, परियोजना अधिकारी जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण अभिषेक मित्तल, विभिन्न खंड विकास अधिकारी, लोक निर्माण, जल शक्ति, बिजली, कृषि, बागवानी, शिक्षा आदि विभागों के अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया।
जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष सीमा कन्याल ने बैठक की अध्यक्षता करे हुए सभी विभागों के अधिकारियों से परिषद की बैठक में अपनी उपस्थित सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा। उन्होंने जिला परिषद की बैठक में कई विभागों के जिला स्तर के अधिकारियों के न आने पर नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि सभी अधिकारियों को इस बैठक में आना चाहिए तभी जनहित के कार्यों पर विस्तृत चर्चा होने के साथ निराकरण भी हो सकता है।
उन्होंने कहा कि जिला परिषद सदस्यों एवं सभी पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा समय-समय पर दिये जाने कार्यों को निर्धारित समय पर पूरा किया जाना चाहिए और पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों के प्रति उदार दृष्टिकोण अपनाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि बजट आदि की कमी के कारण कई कार्यों में विलंब हो सकता है किन्तु फिर भी पंचायती राज संस्थानों के प्रतिनिधियों उनके कार्यों की सही जानकारी दी जानी चाहिए।
जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि आज जिन नये और लंबिते मदों पर बैठक में चर्चा हुई है उन पर सभी विभाग गंभीरतापूर्वक कार्रवाई करेंगे ऐसी उम्मीद इस बैठक में की जाती है।
आज की बैठक में करीब 25 पुराने मदों पर तथा वर्तमान की 30 मदों पर चर्चा हुई। इन मदों कें तहत अधिकतर कार्य सड़क, पेयजल, बिजली, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य तथा परिवहन सुविधा आदि से सम्बन्धित रहे।
बैठक में जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष सीमा कन्याल ने बतौर सदस्य दो-सड़का गता धार सड़क की खराब हालत, उठाउ पेयजल योजना बड़ोल, गाताधार के लिए एचआरटीसी की बस चलाने, निर्माणाधीन बढ़ोल चनोटी सड़क आदि के मुददों को रखा और इन कार्यां को शीघ्र पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।
जिला परिषद सदस्य सतीश ठाकुर, सुरेन्द्र सिंह, अमृत कौर, सरवन कुमार, नीलम देवी, पुष्पा देवी, चमेली देवी, विनय भगनाल, विद्या देवी आदि सदस्यों ने भी विभिन्न विकास कार्यो पर चर्चा की और विभागों ने इस कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा करने का आग्रह किया।
अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त मनेश यादव ने जिला अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जिला परिषद की बैठक में सदस्यों द्वारा उठाये गए मामलों को गंभीरतापूर्वक लें और समय पर मामलों का निपटारा करें। जिला पंचायत अधिकारी एवं सचिव जिला परिषद सिरमौर विक्रम ठाकुर ने बैठक में उठाऐ गये मदों को क्रमवार प्रस्तुत किया।
