राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर शतरंज में चमके चिराग फांडा और अभिषेक गुप्ता

स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्य अभिषेक शर्मा ने गर्व के साथ बताया कि हिमाचल प्रदेश के सुंदरनगर में आयोजित शतरंज प्रतियोगिता में स्कूल के छात्रों चिराग फांडा और अभिषेक गुप्ता ने भाग लिया। चिराग फांडा ने अंडर-19 कैटेगरी में शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपनी पहचान बनाई, जबकि अभिषेक गुप्ता ने अंडर-17 कैटेगरी में अपनी सूझबूझ और उत्कृष्ट खेल से राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चयनित होकर स्कूल का मान बढ़ाया।
इस सफलता पर स्कूल प्रबंधन के निदेशक डॉ. नरेंद्र पाल सिंह नारंग, निदेशक महोदया गुरमीत कौर नारंग और सभी अध्यापकों ने दोनों खिलाड़ियों के इस अथक परिश्रम को सराहा और उन्हें प्रोत्साहित किया। खिलाड़ियों की इस कामयाबी में शतरंज कोच आशीष ठाकुर और प्रवीन कुमार का विशेष योगदान रहा।
साथ ही, शारीरिक प्रशिक्षक (HOD) डॉ. कुलदीप कुमार बतान, रोहित शर्मा, निशा कुमारी, लक्ष्मी शर्मा, सुधीर कुमार, अमित कुमार और भगवंत सिंह को भी इस महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि पर हार्दिक बधाई दी
