गुरुद्वारा श्री पांवटा साहिब मे मनाए जा रहे 340वें होला महल्ला के उपलक्ष पर को गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी श्री पांवटा साहिब द्वारा शहर में भव्य नगर कीर्तन निकाला गया। पंज प्यारों की अगुवाई मे इस कीर्तन का शुभारंभ गुरुद्वारा श्री पांवटा साहिब से हुआ।
इस दौरान भव्य पालकी मे गुरु ग्रंथ साहिब को सजा कर रखा गया, जिनके दर्शनों के लिये पूरा नगर सड़कों पर उमड़ा। गुरुद्वारा साहिब से शुरु हुआ यह नगर कीर्तन बेंड बाजों के साथ मुख्य बाजार, वाई प्वायंट, शमशेरपुर होते बद्रीनगर तक पंहुचेगा। वहां से वापिस यह नगर कीर्तन शमशेरपूर, वाई प्वायंट, मुख्य बाजार होते हुए वापिस गुरुद्वारा साहिब मे शाम को संपन्न होगा। इस दौरान संगतों ने जगह जगह सेवा के स्टॉल लगाये हुए हैं जिनमे भक्तों को प्रसाद्व व भोजन दिया जा रहा है।
गुरुद्वारा श्री पांवटा साहिब के उपप्रधान जत्थेदार सरदार जोगा सिंह, महासचिव हरप्रीत सिंह रतन व प्रबंधक जगीर सिंह ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि होला महल्ला के आयोजन के 23 मार्च से गुरुद्वारे मे कार्यक्रम आरंभ हो चुके है। उन्होने बताया कि इस मौके पर पंजाब समैत पूरे उत्तर भारत से बड़ी संख्या मे संगत पांवटा साहिब पंहुच रही है जो गुरुद्वारा श्री पांवटा साहिब मे माथा टेककर सुख समृद्वि की कामना करेगी। उन्हाने बताया कि सोमवार को नगर मे निकले कीर्तन मे गतका पार्टी ने अपने हेरतअंगेज करतब दिखाकर सभी को आनन्दित किया।
इस दौरान हजारों की संख्या में संगत मौजूद रही। उन्होंने बताया कि 25 मार्च को रात कवि दरबार सजेगा और 26 मार्च को कीर्तन दरबार और निशान साहिब की सेवा की जाएगी।
