अफ़सोस की बात :- प्रदेश सरकार केंद्र से दिये जाने वाले ग्रांट का सदुपयोग नहीं कर पाई..
भारतीय जनता पार्टी मंडल पांवटा साहिब की नवनियुक्त कार्यकारिणी की प्रथम बैठक नवनियुक्त मंडल अध्यक्ष रमेश तोमर की अध्यक्षता में गोयल धर्मशाला तारुवाला में संपन्न हुई।
बैठक में राज्यसभा सांसद एवम् भाजपा प्रदेश महामंत्री डॉ० सिकंदर कुमार, पूर्व मंत्री एवम् वर्तमान विधायक सुखराम चौधरी,भाजपा ज़िलाध्यक्ष विनय गुप्ता,पूर्व APMC चेयरमैन बलदेव भण्डारी विशेष रूप से उपस्थित रहें।
बैठक का शुभारंभ दीप प्रज्वलन कर व वन्देमातराम से की गई। बैठक में प्रदेश में आयी प्राकृतिक आपदा में जिन लोगों ने अपनी जान गवाही उनके लिए मौन रख ओर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई।
डॉ० सिकंदर कुमार ने पाँवटा साहिब मंडल की नवनियुक्त कार्यकारिणी को बधाई दी व आशा की कि वह पार्टी को मज़बूत करेंगे ओर अपेक्षाओं पर खरे उतरेंगे।
उन्होंने कहाँ की केंद्र सरकार ने हिमाचल प्रदेश के लिए किसी भी प्रकार की कमी नहीं रखी हैं,पर अफ़सोस की बात हैं कि प्रदेश सरकार केंद्र से दिये जाने वाले ग्रांट का सदुपयोग नहीं कर पा रही हैं। आपदा की घड़ी में राजनीति करने वाली प्रदेश सरकार केवल मात्र दोषारोपण का खेल, खेल रही हैं।
केंद्रीय राशि के वितरण में भाई भतिजवाद, बंदरबाँट और भ्रष्टाचार हो रहा हैं। कांग्रेस सरकार के इस रवैये से प्रदेश की जनता परेशान हैं।
उन्होंने कहाँ की इस आपदा में प्रदेश सरकार के कई लोगो ने अपने घरों को खो दिया हैं,इसके लिए केंद्र सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना के अन्तर्गत 6500 घरों को मंज़ूरी दी हैं। इन घरों को बनाने के लिए ज़मीन उपलब्ध करवाना प्रदेश सरकार का काम हैं।
जिस पर वह काम नहीं कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने अब तक प्रदेश को 850 करोड़ के लगभग राशि उपलब्ध करवायी हैं। वही NHAI ने लगभग 450 करोड़ स्वीकृत किए हैं। वही केंद्र सरकार ने कहाँ हैं कि प्रदेश में जितने पूल व सड़के टूटे हैं उसके निर्माण की ज़िम्मेदारी केंद्र सरकार ने ली हैं जिसकी लागत लगभग 9000 करोड़ ₹ आएगी।
केंद्र सरकार ने प्रदेश के लिए प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के अन्तर्गत 2700 करोड़ ₹ स्वीकृत किए हैं।
उन्होंने कहाँ कि आपदा के समय में केंद्र ने एनडीआरएफ़ कि टीमे समय-समय पर भेजी हैं।
बैठक में सुखराम चौधरी ने अपने संबोधन में नवनियुक्त मंडल कार्यसमिति को बधाई दी। उन्होंने पार्टी के आगामी कार्यक्रमों की चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहाँ कि मेरी माटी मेरा देश कार्यक्रम प्रत्येक बूथ पर किया जाये। कार्यकर्ता घर-घर जाये व लोगो को इस कार्यक्रम के बारे में बताये व घर-२ से मिट्टी एकत्रित करे।
उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओ से आग्रह किया की आगामी 17 सितंबर को देश के यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री का जन्मदिन हैं।इस अवसर पर कार्यकर्ता स्वच्छता अभियान,रक्तदान शिविर व अन्य कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएँगे।
उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओं से लोकसभा के चुनावों में जुट जाने के लिए कहाँ हैं।उन्होंने कहाँ कि बूथ सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रम की महत्त्वता को कार्यकर्ता समझे व सभी पार्टी बीएलए व प्रमुख कार्यकर्ता अपने -२ बूथो की वोटर लिस्ट को चेक कर ले अगर उसमें वोट नहीं बने है या कोई अन्य त्रुटि हों तो उसे BLO से मिल कर उसे दुरुस्त करे।
