स्कूल के प्रधानाचार्य अजय शर्मा ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि स्कूल में बाढ़ का पानी घुसने की घटना की विस्तृत जानकारी उच्च अधिकारियों को तथा जिला प्रशासन को पानी उतरने के पश्चात नुकसान का जायजा लेकर तुरंत रिपोर्ट प्रेषित की जाएगी।
स्थानीय पंचायत प्रधान सुरेश कुमार एवं एसएमसी अध्यक्ष मानसिंह एवं स्थानीय अध्यापकों धर्मेंद्र सिंह, राकेश कुमार, मोहन लाल, ज्योति कुमारी आदि के उपस्थिति में स्थिति का आंकलन करवाया गया एवं विद्यालय में वर्तमान स्थिति से अवगत भी करवाया गया।
