It's a dressy navy shirt dress with a rhinestone and beaded collar, 3 4 length sleeves, small fabric covered buttons half way down the front (no struggling with a back or side zipper) with a zipper on the skirt portion and it's embroidered to look quilted. It is unlabeled, feels like taffeta. It's in very good vintage condition, missing belt, small tear near left armpit, fabric under lace collar
