The smaller sizes 4 21 to 8 25, have a smaller sized bow + sizes 9 26 and up have a larger bow. The buckle is strictly just for looks + the strap is attached with Velcro. Bows are individually stitched onto each shoe. SIZING Sizing suggestions are based on majority of customer reviews! We highly recommend measuring your child's foot. To measure, simply stand your
