Gorgeous pleated frill to the neckline with an open ribbon effect front panel , adorned with covered buttons. Cut on the bias as were a lot from the 30's era, in a gorgeous crepe with a faint pattern to it. This dress just simply oozes classical style. Can be worn with a slip underneath ( note not supplied ) or a modesty dickie or slightly risqu without anything. The only opening
