A randomised controlled trial randomising 149 women with clomiphene-resistant PCOS (133 analysed) at a single Karachi centre, published in the Journal of Reproduction & Infertility , found that adding CoQ10 to clomiphene citrate raised ovulation rates from 19% to 70%, with women receiving the combination roughly six times more likely to conceive than those on clomiphene alone (adjusted OR 6.34, 95% CI 1.4527.71)
