Lamington twins with pana cotta and raspberries dessert bread eggs and tomato 🍅Slowbreads have put a new twist in this old favourite. First we made the lightest sponge then sprinkled it with raspberries and then poured panna cotta all over it. After setting overnight we made up a stunning Callebaut dark chocolate ganache and dipped the sponge before rolling in three types of coconut. The result?? You be the judge.
