Roto fullbody Expect inviting scents of ripeRoto is a very original white from Bierzo, made entirely from Palomino Fino the grape better known for sherry here reimagined as a still, dry wine. The grapes come from a tiny 0. 5 hectare vineyard in Cobrana, planted with 90100 year old bush vines on very degraded slate and red clay at 750 metres of altitude.
