RHRP8120 hyperfast recovery diode — 1200V 8A soft recovery, TO-220AC AOZ1046 SOP Simply connect your DC powerThe RHRP8120 is a hyperfast recovery rectifier diode with soft recovery characteristics from ON Semiconductor (now onsemi). It features silicon nitride passivated ion implanted epitaxial planar construction, delivering recovery times approximately half that of standard ultrafast diodes. The soft recovery characteristic minimises voltage ringing and electrical noise in power switching circuits, reducing switching losses in the associated transistors.
