5 महीने से कछुआ गति से हो रहा, बांगरण पुल का मरम्मत कार्य..
चार हादसे के बाद भी नहीं जागा प्रशासन, फिर ट्रॉला ने लगाया लंबा जाम..
जिला सिरमौर के पांवटा साहिब में बांगरण पुल का कार्य प्रगति पर है जिसके चलते एक वैकल्पिक मार्ग पुल के पास से बनाया गया है।
लेकिन विभाग के लापरवाही रवैया के चलते वहां से कई बड़े वहां रात के समय ओवरलोड होकर निकल रहे हैं जिसके चलते वैकल्पिक मार्ग पर चार हादसे सहित एक ट्रॉला के कारण लंबा जाम देखने को मिला है।
इन चार हादसों के बाद एक लंबा जाम..
- पहला हादसा एक कार अनियंत्रित होकर नीचे खाई में जा गिरी थी
- उसके बाद फिर दूसरा हादसा ओवरलोड 20 टेरा ट्रक ठीक उसी जगह फिर पलट गया था
- तीसरा वाक्य तब पेश आया जब एक ओवरलोड ट्रैक्टर वैकल्पिक मार्ग से ओवरलोड होकर चढ़ाई कर रहा था तो अचानक ब्रेक फेल होने से वह भी ढंग में पलट गया।
- चौथा वाक्य तड़के सुबह पेश आया जब एक कार फिर अनियंत्रित होकर खाई में जा गिरी गरिमा यह रही कि किसी की भी जान माल का नुकसान नहीं हुआ।
23 मई तड़के सुबह एक ट्रक का निचला हिस्सा चिड़ाई में गड्ढा होने के कारण टूट गया। जिसके चलते ट्रक बीच सड़क में ही फंस गया हालांकि वैकल्पिक मार्ग के दोनों और लंबी कतारें लगी रही। जिससे सुबह जाने वाले स्कूली बच्चों को लंबा इंतजार करना पड़ा।
हालांकि पुलिस विभाग मौके पर पहुंच गया और पुल के दोनों और लगा जाम को हटाना की कड़ी मशक्कत करने के बाद जाम से छुटकारा दिलाया जा रहा है।
आपको बता दें पांवटा साहिब से जोड़ने वाला एकमात्र बांगरन पुल का मरम्मत कार्य चला हुआ है। हालांकि विभाग के लापरवाही रवैया के चलते मरम्मत कार्य के लिए 1 महीने का समय विभाग के द्वारा दिया गया था।
लेकिन काम ज्यादा होने के चलते अब 5 महीने पूरे होने के चलते पुल की मरम्मत कछुआ गति से हो रहा है ।
