गाड़ी से उतरते हुए सेवानिवृत्त पुलिस अधीक्षक की खाई में गिरने से मौत

हिमाचल प्रदेश के मंडी जिले जासन में अमृतसर निवासी एक सेवानिवृत्त पुलिस अधीक्षक की खाई में गिरने से मौत हो गई। मृतक की पहचान राजेश शर्मा निवासी छेहरटा अमृतसर के रूप में हुई है। पुलिस ने शव का पोस्टमार्टम कर परिजनों को सौंप दिया है।

जानकारी के अनुसार गाड़ी से उतरते ही पांव फिसलने के कारण सेवानिवृत्त पुलिस अधीक्षक खाई में गिर गया और सिर पर चोट लगने के कारण उसकी मौत हो गई। एसएचओ लाल सिंह ने घटना की पुष्टि की है। मृतक राजेश शर्मा अपने संबंधियों के साथ मनाली घूमने आए थे।

सोमवार को मनाली-चंडीगढ़ सड़क मार्ग अवरुद्ध होने के कारण पुलिस ने यातायात वाया गोहर किया था। इस दौरान जब राजेश परिवार संग जासन के पास पहुंचा तो वहां जाम लग गया। गाड़ी से उतरते ही राजेश का पांव फिसला और खाई में गिरने से सिर में पत्थर लगने से उसकी मौत हो गई।

राजेश के संबंधी कमलजीत शर्मा ने बताया कि मृतक राजेश शर्मा सेवानिवृत्त पुलिस अधीक्षक थे और अमृतसर के छेहरटा में रहते थे। सभी शुक्रवार को मनाली घूमने गए थे। लौटते समय यह हादसा हो गया । घायल अवस्था में पूर्व अधिकारी को स्थानीय लोगों की मदद से मृतक को नागरिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र गोहर लाया गया। जहां पर डॉ. ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।
