जिला सिरमौर के गिरिपार क्षेत्र के आंज भोज की एक और बड़ी उपलब्धि सामने आई है। सुनाेग गांव के अविनाश चौहान भारतीय सेना में लेफ्टिनेंट बन गए हैं। वह केहर सिंह चौहान के पुत्र हैं। 24 जनवरी 2024 को उनकी मेरिट सूची में नाम घोषित हुआ था, जिसके बाद उन्हें अप्रैल 2024 से 49 हफ्तों के प्रशिक्षण के लिए ऑफिसर ट्रेनिंग एकेडमी (OTA), चेन्नई भेजा गया। अविनाश ने अपनी कठिन ट्रेनिंग को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर सेना में अधिकारी बनने का गौरव हासिल किया।

शिक्षा और परीक्षा में सफलता

अविनाश चौहान ने 2023 ने यूपीएससी सीडीएस 1 OTA की परीक्षा में सफलता प्राप्त की थी। इस परीक्षा का आयोजन अप्रैल 2023 में हुआ था, जिसमें उनकी मेरिट सूची में नाम शामिल था। उन्होंने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा गुरु नानक मिशन पब्लिक स्कूल, पांवटा साहिब से प्राप्त की। इसके बाद उन्होंने 2020 में डीएवी कॉलेज, सेक्टर 10, चंडीगढ़ से बी.एस.सी (नॉन मेडिकल) की पढ़ाई पूरी की।

इसके बाद उन्होंने 2023 में हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय, शिमला से पर्यावरण विज्ञान में एम.एस.सी की डिग्री हासिल की। सेना में चयन के लिए 5 दिवसीय एसएसबी इंटरव्यू को सफलतापूर्वक पास करने के बाद उनका चयन हुआ।

गांव में खुशी का माहौल

अविनाश की इस उपलब्धि से पूरे आंज भोज क्षेत्र में खुशी की लहर है। ग्रामीणों, रिश्तेदारों और दोस्तों ने उन्हें बधाई दी है। उनके पिता केहर सिंह चौहान ने कहा, “हम सबसे पहले कुल देवता को नमन करते हैं, फिर बेटे की मेहनत, माता-पिता के आशीर्वाद, परिवार, दोस्तों, शिक्षकों और पूरे क्षेत्र के सहयोग के लिए आभार प्रकट करते हैं।”

अविनाश चौहान की सफलता से क्षेत्र के युवाओं को प्रेरणा मिलेगी और आगे भी ऐसे ही प्रतिभाशाली युवा भारतीय सेना और अन्य क्षेत्रों में नाम रोशन करेंगे।
