नाहन, 17 नवम्बर। मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी सिरमौर डा. अजय पाठक ने जानकारी दी है कि हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार ने हिमकेयर योजना के चयनित परिवारों को आयुष्मान भारत योजना में शामिल किया है जिसके अन्तर्गत जिला सिरमौर के 15916 परिवारों को शामिल किया जा रहा है।
मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी ने योजना के तहत चयनित सभी लाभार्थियों से अपील की है की सभी चयनित परिवार जल्द से जल्द अपने स्वास्थ्य कार्ड बना लें ताकि जिला के सभी पात्र परिवार स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं का लाभ उठा सकंे। इस योजना के अंतर्गत प्रति वर्ष प्रत्येक परिवार को 5 लाख का स्वास्थ्य बीमा का प्रावधान है।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना में भारत सरकार द्वारा करवाए गये सामाजिक आर्थिक जातिगत जनगणना सर्वेक्षण 2011 के चयनित परिवार व राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के 2014-2015 के लाभार्थी शामिल है, साथ ही साथ मुख्य मंत्री हिमकेयर योजना के चयनित परिवार सम्मिलत किये गए हैं। योजना के तहत सभी तरह की गंभीर बीमारियों सहित 1800 तरह की बिमारियां कवर हैं।
मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी ने बताया कि इस योजना में 5 लाख रुपये के स्वास्थ्य बीमा राशि में अस्पताल में भर्ती होने पर किसी तरह का कोई खर्चा नहीं होगा, साथ ही मरीज को इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए कम से कम 24 घन्टे के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती होना पड़ेगा। कोई भी व्यक्ति 145- 55 डायल करके या सेवा केंद्र के माध्यम इस योजना में बारे में जानकारी ले सकते है। पात्र परिवार अपने नजदीकी लोकमित्र केंद्र से या अपनी आशा कार्यकर्ता के सहयोग से या स्वयं अपने मोबाइल फ़ोन में आयुष्मान एैप के जरिये अपना और अपने परिवार जनों का आयुष्मान भारत स्वास्थ्य कार्ड बना सकते है।
डा. अजय पाठन ने बताया कि जिला सिरमौर में 32935 परिवारों के कार्ड बनाये गये है, यानि 102464 लोग पंजीकृत हो चुके है।
डॉ अजय पाठक मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी जिला सिरमौर ने सभी चयनित परिवारों से अपील की है की वे अपना आयुष्मान कार्ड बना ले ताकि जरूरत के समय उन्हें किसी तरह की परेशानी का सामना न करना पड़े। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला में कुल 16 अस्पताल योजना के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत है, जिसमे 7 सरकारी अस्पताल और 9 प्राइवेट अस्पताल शामिल हैं। अधिक जानकारी के लिए जिला समन्वयक अधिकारी रमन शर्मा के मोबाइल नंबर 9459001304 पर संपर्क किया जा सकता है।
