भाजपा नेता बलदेव तोमर ने हिमकेयर योजना पर कांग्रेस सरकार के निर्णय की आलोचना की
शिलाई पूर्व विधायक और भाजपा प्रदेश प्रवक्ता बलदेव तोमर ने हिमाचल प्रदेश की कांग्रेस सरकार द्वारा प्रदेश के प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में हिमकेयर कार्ड को बंद करने के निर्णय पर गहरी निराशा जताई है। उन्होंने इस निर्णय को जनहित के खिलाफ कांग्रेस का एक और तुगलकी फरमान बताया।
बलदेव तोमर ने कहा, “कांग्रेस की मौजूदा सरकार हिमाचल के इतिहास की सबसे भ्रष्ट, कन्फ्यूज और कामचोर सरकार साबित हुई है। 19 महीने की इस सरकार की अपनी तो कोई उपलब्धि है ही नहीं, साथ ही भाजपा के अच्छे कामों पर तालाबंदी कर कांग्रेस जनता के हितों के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रही है।”
उन्होंने बताया कि 2019 में भाजपा ने अपने कार्यकाल में आयुष्मान भारत योजना से छूट गए लोगों को कैशलेस इलाज देने के लिए हिमकेयर योजना शुरू की थी, जिससे प्रदेश के लाखों लोगों को लाभ मिल रहा था। सरकारी अस्पतालों में अच्छा इलाज न मिल सकने की स्थिति में प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में इलाज कराने की सुविधा जनता के लिए वरदान बनी थी। मगर अब कांग्रेस सरकार ने इस योजना को निजी अस्पतालों के लिए बंद करने का तुगलकी फैसला लिया है, जिससे हिमकेयर कार्ड धारक अब प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में इलाज नहीं करवा पाएंगे। बलदेव तोमर ने इसे हिमाचल की जनता के साथ क्रूर मजाक बताया।
उन्होंने कहा, “आज कांग्रेस सरकार के राज में प्रदेश में मेडिकल सेवाएं बदहाली के दौर से गुजर रही हैं। सरकारी अस्पतालों का बुरा हाल है, जहां डायलिसिस जैसी सुविधा के लिए मरीजों को भारी असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। ऐसे में पहले जो मरीज सरकारी व्यवस्था से तंग होकर प्राइवेट का रुख करता था, अब कांग्रेस सरकार ने उस पर भी कुठाराघात किया है।”
बलदेव तोमर ने यह भी कहा, “हिमकेयर योजना के तहत पांच लाख रुपये तक का कैशलेस इलाज होता रहा है। हिमाचल और हिमाचल के बाहर 141 निजी स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में हिमकेयर कार्ड चलता था। सरकारी अस्पतालों और निजी अस्पतालों की संख्या 292 है, जहां ये हिमकेयर कार्ड की सुविधा मिलती आ रही थी, मगर अपने आर्थिक कुप्रबंधन के चलते कांग्रेस ने भाजपा की एक और जनहित की योजना की बलि ले ली।”
उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि कांग्रेस सरकार के सत्ता में आते ही विकास कार्य ठप्प हो गए हैं और प्रदेश में कब्जा बढ़ना शुरू हो गया है। कांग्रेस ने मात्र 1.5 साल में 25000 करोड़ का कर्ज लेकर प्रदेश पर कर्ज का बोझ 95000 करोड़ पहुंचा दिया है। कांग्रेस ने प्रदेश को दिया तो कुछ नहीं, लेकिन यहां चल रहे स्वास्थ्य संस्थान, शिक्षा केंद्र, सरकारी स्कूलों में बच्चों को दी जाने वाली वर्दियां और मजदूरों को मिलने वाली सुविधाएं सब बंद करने का काम किया है।
